In counseling a bulimic mom, I would like to add the dangers of repeated
ingestion of ipecac to the other dangers of bulimia and anorexia.  I
have searched the archive and Hale's, but can't find anything on the
potential danger of repeated ingestion of syrup of ipecac to induce
vomiting solely to purge food.

Anyone?
