My name is Claudia and I live in Monterrey Mexico and I´m looking for a site 
that can translate some words in spanish like goats rue (or is it root?).
I want to find options for moms with decreased milk supply but I  dont know 
how blessed thristle or goats rue is translated in spanish: Im also not sure 
what to recommend to moms when they hace low milk supplie. I usually give 
mom the option between fenugreek and Marshmallow,which is what we have 
here, I also recommend domperidone for moms who want "real Medication" 
which is what they say a  because their doctor usually prescribes Reglan 
which I sometimes see no improvement. Im also not sure  when to recommend 
goats root, is it when they have PCOS and/or diabetis? Thanks everyone for
