Thanks for the IBFAN newsletter.  Great stuff therein!  A note of info re
Sandoz - as the newsletter noted, they bought Gerber last year.  They are
also the makers of Syntocinon nasal spray which they have recently taken off
the market.  My husband called them yesterday to query "why" - was told it
wasn't selling well.  When he asked for the sales reports for the last couple
of years, the customer rep hemmed & hawed, and finally told him that there
was an official answer to anyone who asked about Syntocinon.  She looked
around her desk (if it looks like mine, I understand why it took a minute),
and then read to him, "It was a business decision".  No further info is
forthcoming.  Yet.
