Pat Garrison asked how to handle her hospital's mandate that she give out
formula to her breastfeeding classes.  I suggest telling the class that this
gift is NOT for the baby but rather for them.  They can use ready-to-feed in
place of milk in cooking and concentrate in place of evaporated milk.  I will
practically guarantee that someone will make a face and then you can ask why
they would feed their baby something they don't want to eat themselves.
