I was just thinking about this poor baby.

In addition to worrying about fat digestion/absorption, would there be a
concern about lactose digestion since lactase is produced by the brush border
of the small intestine?  Might lactoengineering also have to extend to some
lactase in the pumped milk?

Just thinking out loud.
