Dear friends,

I'm so glad to tell you that our website (Breastfeeding Online -
http://www.elogica.com.br/aleitamento) has been choosen as one of the Top
Ten in a national contest promoted by the magazine Internet World (Brazilian
version). It's very important for us and it will help us to promote
breastfeeding through Internet!

It is th first phase of the contest which will choose the best one. In this
phase everybody can vote and I'm asking to all breastfeeding advocates who
feel willing to give us thei votes :)

So, if you want to help us, I wrote a kind of "guidelines", since it's
everything in Portuguese!

First of all you have to be a bit patient because sometimes it takes some
time to open the pages. You should go to the contest site:
http://www.mantel.com.br/iwbest/

Then you choose VOTE AGORA (vote now). It's the second option. Then you
write your name in the first box and your email address in the second box -
mark "NAO" in the next three choices. Then a lot of things to fill in appear
- just forget that, scroll down and and click in "ENVIAR" (Send)

A new page will open and among the options of several categories you choose
SAUDE (Health).

Then another page opens and our website is the first one! Just click on it
and scroll down the screen and click in OK!

Another page opens where you have to confirm your vote. Here you see the
words "amamentacao online" and the box "Sim" is marked,  and you just click
OK again and it's done!
