No. But, sometimes if the early faint sounds of swallows cannot be heard,
swallows can be seen or felt.

Sounds great. Would only add: frequent to breast.

Does she feel sleepy, thirsty, cramping with latch/during feeding?

When (even with good latch as you described and frequently to breast) urine
output does not pick up as expected, observe other early signs of baby
getting a little dry, no progress in stooling, early (during first 72 hours)
weight loss is greater than expected, mom not showing signs of progressive
filling.
