I see that this protocol is published in the latest issue (Vol 1, No 
3) of the ABM journal _Breastfeeding Medicine_ 
http://www.liebertonline.com/toc/bfm/1/3.  Will it also be posted on 
the ABM website http://www.bfmed.org with the other protocols?  (and 
soon, I hope?)

It is incredibly useful and helpful to me as a lay counselor to be 
able to share the ABM protocols with mothers and HCPs.
