Responding to Jaye's post...

I've been teaching breastfeeding classes in various settings for 30+ years.
The best strategy is to teach principles of responsive feeding (on cue, etc)
and breastfeeding. The principles apply to ALL babies and all methods. The
specifics of BF are next because all women will have milk for a while after
birth.

For those parents who WILL be giving bottles for whatever reason, work with
them 1:1 - for example, by appointment, after class, in an office setting,
etc.
