Someone has asked me to describe what nomail and digest mean.

NOMAIL is when you temporarily set your options with the
[log in to unmask] so that you do not receive Lactnet mail. It does
not keep pouring Lactnet messages into your mailbox.

DIGEST is when you choose to set yourself DIGEST...this means that instead
of receiving each message that is sent individually, instead, you have a
COMPACTed version...300 lines of messages instead of each one by itself.
This option saves space and money, especially for those users who are
charged per message in or out, like Compuserve, AOL, etc.

Hope this clarifies this.
