Sometimes, if mom is pressing the edge of the flange too tightly
against her breast, the milk ducts are pressed too hard (they
flatten), and the milk flow will slow down or stop.

But it sounds to me this mom probably doesn't really have more milk in
there - after this many days, and no engorgement, no nothing.
