GSE= Grapefruit Seed Extract (aka citrus seed extract), a documented
anti-microbial with a horrid taste. Don't use full strength on the breast.
If taken internally, take 10-15 drops either in a small amount of liquid or
in dropped into a veg gel. capsule (may be purchased empty in health food
stores). GSE has been used for yeast/fungus, bacteria, parasites, viruses,
etc. It can be used to purify water in emergency situations (one or two
drops per gallon, let sit for a half an hour after vigorously shaking=yields
potable water free of giardia, cryptospor., e-coli and more). I keep some
in my car emergency box, at home and take on hikes. It is available at most
natural foods and vitamin stores and through a company called Mountain Home
Nutritionals (1-800-888-1415), in which I hold no financial stake or
interest.
