Perhaps the best thing to focus on is "how breastfeeding works, and how
to work with it". You can talk about how the breast makes milk (supply
and demand, feedback inhibitor of lactation, prolactin receptors), how
the baby gets the milk out (oral anatomy and sucking), how the baby
expects to encounter the breast (I use this as an excuse to talk about
immediate skin to skin and asymmetrical latch), and the normal course of
breastfeeding in the first few weeks. Then you can reinforce proper
management, and perhaps talk about the most common problems: supporting
milk supply when baby won't latch; mastitis and sore nipples (including
prevention); low weight gain/supply and how to improve it; how human
milk is even more important for compromised infants.

That should fill 3 hours!
