Hi there. On reading this, there must be more to this story than meets
the eye. If the baby is able, I'd put her to the breast, at least
kangaroo a lot...and figure out if the mother has a malfunctioning pump,
or a retained placental fragment (?), or thyroid issues.  Also, the pink
pill may be Prozac. If so, then Reglan would not be great. I'd consider
recommending  Domperidone, which can be obtained from compounding
pharmacies, I believe...has fewer side effects, but Reglan can really
cause depression.

I would look at her pumping history. How often, is the pump flange
fitting her correctly,...there are larger width flanges for the Medela
pumps, I know.
