I have now heard of 3 mothers who on first hearing appear to have thrush
within breast. But they describe pin point pain on the nipple. One mother did
appear to improve with fluconazole at first but pain only went when blister on
nipple burst. It redeveloped several times. Seems to fit picture of "bleb"
which is described in Lawrence - BF Guide for Medical Profession. Appears to
be collection of milk behind a flap of skin at opening of milk duct.
Does this fit the picture?
