Hi all,

This is a bit off the subject, but for some of our mom's it is so important
to how well breastfeeding goes.

Question:

On your admission data base do any of your facilities ask questions about
past or present problems with

mental health issues and also family members problems with mental health.
Trying to establish risk factor for postpartum depression or

other mental health issues.

If so please forward along the wording  for each question.   We hope to
narrow it down to 2-3 questions that we can expand on if the mother answers
yes.
