The question  has been raised by a group of doctors
regarding our scope of practice in  terms of discussing medication options
with our clients. 

They are demanding that
we do not even mention any medications by name  (especially  domperidone!)

    Dear Friends:
        If they can demand of us,  then I want to demand of them that they be 
current with breastfeeding  information, that they offer their clients a 
range of options, and that they  work in open collaboration with other members of 
the health team.
