I am working with a woman who has 7 week old twins. She has an almost non-existant milk supply which may be caused by a number of factors that we are working with. But my question to you is: She has Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. Conceived with the use of Metrogen (Clomid was not effective) and has a low functioning hypothalmus. What are our chances of building up to a normal milk supply under these circumstances using all the regular support measures.

Although there may be a point in time with this case that I may want suggestions for building up supply, in the interest of space and the overwhelming amount of mail we all read here, I'd like to limit responses to the question of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and it's hormonal effect.

Thanks to all of you
