Remember that Lactnet notes, *and* archival notes are not scanned for
accuracy or completeness, and are the responsibility of the sender, and not
of the
volunteer list administration. It is up to you to check for accuracy before
passing material on to clients, etc.
The strict rules of Lactnet state that notes may NOT be passed to others
without
the approval of the original poster. This is non-negotiable. If anyone has
a problem with this, email us.
Passing notes can create all sorts of mayhem and
problems for original posters who did not specifically intend their
comments to go somewhere else and who have no chance to clarify, explain,

Finally, this list is only for lactation professionals and those who
support breastfeeding mothers. It is not for personal situations. It is not
for any other reason outside of helping breastfeeding professionals.

from doing so, but that is not the purpose of this list. Your posts are
