Hi all,
Have checked my books on gall bladder and breastfeeding, and can find nothing. Is there any chance gall bladder or something connected to it could be affecting milk supply. Mum who has constipation issues that may be gall bladder - hospital starting to do tests, has milk supply issues. She is on herbs and domperidone and using SNS to give supplement. She has just had thyroid checked and it has come back clear. Her problem may be stress or else it is obscure. She has read 'Making more milk' by West and Marasco. This is her second baby. Same problem with first. Supply marginally better this time. She is well informed and very committed to breastfeeding. Baby is content with no obvious health problems. He does seem to feed plenty OK.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
Many thanks in advance,
Sarah McCann.

P.S Feels good to be on list again and among others who believe in breastfeeding - was so depressed by ed Milliband's faux pas among other things.
