Hi Susan,
Yes, I think it is a growing problem and one that they are finally taking
some notice of but as far as I am aware there has not been a single case of
a child adopted from
China with HIV and there would have been maybe 50 000 adoptions. That's why
I said it is not a real risk, at the moment at least.
