In the Breastfeeding support group I lead, topics are essentially self
directed by the Moms.  Often other Mom's offer the strategies that have been
successful for them.  Other times, I make suggestions and offer guidelines.
The group is quite relaxed.  There is almost never a lull in the flow of
discussion.
