My son has cow's milk protein allergy. I got a call from a research study. The woman stated that nestle was conducting a study for a formula for babies with milk protein allergy"that's about to hit the market!" and thatcmy son might qualify. I told her my son was breastfed, but if they had a control group (I only wanted to find out more). She interrupted me mid-sentence and said "no, they are just interested I'm seeing how the kids do on the formula". She then added that if I weaned my baby "completely on to the formula, then he WOULD qualify!"
I was shocked. Managed to tell her that she should have never suggested that and I couldn't believe she had said that. She politely said she understood and that was it.
Does anyone know where I can take this complaint? She didn't know who I was (obviously), I've had a chance to see first hand how unethical they can be. The study almost certainly would provide "free" study formula and a financial "compensation" that might have proven too enticing to pass up.
Any ideas?

Daniela
