Anne,

What a tough situation.  Have you talked to your DA (District Advisor), ACL
(Area Coordinator of Leaders), or PL (Professional Liasion) about mandatory
reporting?  Or anonymously reporting to Child Welfare?

I feel scared for the welfare of this child just reading about it on
Lactnet.  Let us know how it turns out/what you decide to do.
