i posted earlier but had a 14 yr old yelling at me to get off the computer

i hope everyone understood i'm in a dilemma re: using estrogen vs
antidepressants such as Zoloft, Prozac or tricyclics those are the choice
between two evils i worry about....what else is out there for ppd does
anyone try "physical therapy" such as excersize, just walking and kept me
out of the darkest of depressions. perhaps my experience was mild......

ps. prayers and power thoughts for my husband would be greatly appreciated
as my husband Tim's post bone marrow transplant blood work is wack-o.(it's
just been 5 years, we're supposed to be celebrating, every one says if you
make it 5 years you're cured. i pray this is just a wake up call from God.
You can't be too sure of anything...every day is a gift....my Tim knows so
well. thankyou all, "every baby's bzmbdy"
