This study was posted on Medscape news yesterday. That article has the 
details you're looking for and mentions previous work done by these 
researchers. In general, there's some very interesting work that's been 
done on gut microflora colonization in C-sections versus vaginal births.

Sorry I don't have the link to the Medscape article handy. I'm really 
supposed to be working on something else entirely right now or I'd hunt it 
up for you!
