Recently I happened to pick up a Glamour magazine at a check-out (to
browse while waiting, not buy ;-) I think it was February. In the
article "How to get a better teeth cleaning" (which caught my eye
because I'm a dental hygienist) they wrote, as quoted from the president
of the American Dental Hygienists' Association:
"Inform her if you are pregnant or breast-feeding". (their hyphenation)
Most hygienists will opt to defer nonessential Xrays until you've given
birth or weaned your child."
???? I wrote to correct them on this, but think it would help to have
others. Unless there's now some reason not to have xrays while bf that
I don't know about?
