Just got a call from a local hospital about a baby. Thought I would run it
by you to see if there is anything else you can think of:

3 week old baby. Mother in hospital unilateral mastitis. On Keflex. I
don't know the dose. Baby started spitting up a "mucusy spring green bright
yellow" colored substance since the mother started on the keflex.

Question: Is this from the mastitis? Is it the Keflex?
My suggestion was to pump on the affected side and feed from the non
affected side for a few times/days to see if this resolves, and then we
would know. The baby is going through the three week growth spurt, and does
not act sick.

Am I missing something big?
