Hmmmmm....is she sure it is the prednisone that is "drying up her milk?" I'd be
much more suspicious of the Zyrtec because it's an antihistamine and has a side
effect of dry mouth listed.

Why can'r she be given a less potent and shorter acting antihistamine and then
just take it as needed?
