Kathy, I agree that the public has a right to know.  The certification
process at least guarantees that a person who passes has a minimum of
knowledge.  And an important facet to this is that the certification is
given by an impartial group, in this case, IBCLE, who are not the same ones
who are giving the education.  In other words, it is a separate entity.

This is important, in myk book.
