I understand the concern about foremilk/ hindmilk with the "newborn first"
policy. I guess it wasn't an issue, maybe because my 3 year old didn't
nurse as often as my baby did. At any rate, she started out at 9 pounds and
doubled that in 3 months.

I don't discuss foremilk/ hindmilk issues with clients unless there is a
problem that requires me to (ie. slow gain, colic...)
