<<The fourth one, ah! the fourth, I know I am going to be fried for
this one. This mother was tandem nursing.. something I dont
understand.. When she was 7 months pregnant, she dried out so, madame
decides to pump and feed that toddler. When the baby came, she had so
much milk that the baby was choking. This baby left at 24 hours of
age, and came back the next day for a check up. Mom was feeding the
baby, he turned blue and she did not even know!! of course, he had a
septic work-up and all and I had to be very diplomatic (that is so
hard for me!!!) to explain the problem. The kid did well.>>

I am a bit confused. What was the problem in this case that you had to
explain to mom? Was there a medical problem? Or was it an oversupply
issue?
