in the nursery and who did it."

Oh, Lee, I so totally agree with you about pulling the records and
considering litigation, however, I KNOW that babies in the newborn nursery
(can't even believe they still have one) where I used to work were given ABM
and it was NOT charted.  "Not on the chart, not done."  I have seen nurses
pull the curtain so no one can see in the nursery and say "I'm going to
finger feed now," then promptly put a bottle in the baby's mouth!
