This is dealt with in the welcome message which is sent to everyone when
they subscribe.
It is not in accordance with Lactnetiquette to cut and paste and circulate
LN posts **without the express permission of the original poster**.  If it
is not possible to ask that person's permission, it is acceptable to send
the URL to their post in our archives, which are open to anyone with an
internet connection.  Permission to circulate a post applies to that post
only; if you want to circulate another post by the same person, you still
have to ask them again.
