I must be doing something wrong in trying to look this up in the archives,
so I'm asking for help.  I know it was discussed within the past year, but I
must be using the wrong "key words"  I have a mom whosse baby is bleeding
from the gut everytime she breastfeeds.  Of course the Docs response was to
put baby on formula and of course, bleeding stops when baby is on formula.
Mom has tried elimination diets of milk/dairy, citrus, and wheat.  But as
soon as she breastfeeds even a little bit there is blood again. Also, babies
bottom is bright red - almost looks scalded.  This too is only on breast
milk.  Any suggestions of what else to try, or where else to look for
suggestions??
