I absolutely agree that we should aim for a Medical Journal, it's not that I
don't love JHL rather it's that it isn't widely seen outside of our
community.  Something like JAMA would have a much broader reach.
Once again, I am willing to enter the data into SPSS - this is a very strong
statistical package.  I would want someone with a better stat background than
I to review the results but the program really does the analysis.  Of course
if this gets really huge, it may be more than the program can handle - but I
had 1134 surveys with a lot of data entered into it with no problem.
