Remicade (according to Tom Hale) was undetectible in breast milk 24 hours after infusion. Size of molecule probably too large to get into breast milk. Similar pharmakodynamics - if molecular size so large must be administered parenterally (not orally) may not be available by gi transfer - which milk is.
