Whoops!  I just found the information.  From their FAQs:

I've heard that I can get credit for being a La Leche League Leader. Is this
true?
La Leche League Leaders and other accredited volunteer mother-to-mother
support group leaders receive credit
toward the lactation specific clinical practice requirement. For each year
of active service leading group
meetings, you receive 500 hours credit toward the clinical practice
