This mom needs to be seen. She might have nipple vasospasm or a 
bacterial infection. A tight frenulum can lead the baby to use excessive 
pressure on the nipple, and start the whole reflex vasospasm cycle. 
Also, when there is nipple damage, more than one organism can move in, 
and the other might still be there after the more obvious one is treated.
There is hope if this mother gets appropriate help.
