Hello all, thanks for your support in   an impossible situation.

Mother called me yesterday to tell me she had given up, and she would be
looking forward to the next baby to breastfeed.  She seemed  happy with her
choice.  she thanked me for all my housecalls and phonecalls and said she
would be in touch in the future.

Oh well. I didn't think it would work out but at least she gave it a shot.
