I have also seen people feel that they have no milk with a raging yeast
infection, and I have seen  many people have almost immediate yeast
infections, especially after a birth with antibiotics, (not infrequent
here).  It is frustrating, because then we have to give the explanation
about yeast, and *then* we have to find someone who will treat the baby AND
mother.
