Jackie, your journey has been amazing!  I guess what we on the other side of 
the world need to know is how we can help. Funding?  for gas to pick up milk 
or store it etc.  What specifically do you need from us (besides culturally 
biased misinformation)?

What you are doing is an example for other countries that need to implement 
the same.  I hope you and the doctors and hospitals you are working with 
write up some articles for journals on your successes, problems, solutions.
