Dear Joanne, I liked what Kathy had to say about the situation that she has
been in.  I think if I were in your position I'd ask  my brother's
permission to make milk bank arrangements.  I know in my heart of hearts
what you want to do    for this baby, but it's still not your baby.  It's
theirs.  Try and keep this separate from what you believe and what your
career choice is.  Formula and c-sections and insulin and yes, transplants
were all invented for a reason, sometimes a very necessary reason.  Be glad
