I think it is great for other lists to come along to meet differing needs.

If we want a place where we never feel uncomfortable, or challenged,
however, we will need to be in a vacuum. Such a place is non
existent.  Challenges, or whatever, are opportunities for further thought.
They are not meant to be personal attacks.

I think that one of the big challenges is to think outside the box and NOT
take things personally, but as a point for further discussion.
