Depends on several variables, but, the LCs and staff are likely to provide
reassurance & some gentle encouragement in the first 24 hrs, ie :skin to skin
holding, look for light sleep states, early cues, look for any opportunites
to make any progress toward BF. Then we might be a little more assertive with
gentle wake up techniques after ~24 hrs.
