An NG tube through the nose elicits the same gag reflex.  In fact, it
is  the same except it just starts a little higher in the passageway.
The main differences that I can see are:
        Perhaps baby is less likely to become "orally defensive"
        Mom can easily nurse a baby with an NG placed in the nose.
I don't see that the risk of aspiration would be any different from one
to the other.
