I have noticed that you have repeatedly used this Parent-Child metaphor,
and I find it a particularly inapt one.

Of course we do not blame children for the actions of their parents;
minors are not and cannot be legally or morally responsible for the
actions of the adults who happened to bring them into this world.

A commercial relationship, however, is an entirely different thing to a
parent-child relationship. We can and do reasonably boycott and pressure
_companies_ (not individual children, but companies run by grown adults
for profit), based on which other companies they commercially choose to
associate with in order to maximise their profit.
