Were these triplets conceived naturally, or with fertility assistance? If
there are any underlying issues, I would look to those first as a possible
explanation. I would also see if there was a hx of hypertension in the
pregnancy.

Reglan makes me very nervous these days because of its higher risk of
side-effects. At the least I would screen her for depression risk; could
also consider some of the more popular herbal galactogogues first.
