Jay:  For a great start on the dental issue look at the March 17 posting
by Linda Smith entitled "dental articles" in the archives.  As for the
eating disorders issue, there is no reference I know of, but I'm sure
this doctor doesn't have any to support his statement.  This is one of
those situations where I would ask him to provide me with his
references (something that is always a good idea when someone makes what
