I have read the book and I am currently leading a group at our local
breastfeeding center titled "milk memos". I meet with mom's for 3 weeks
prior to going back to work and we talk in depth about 1/3 of the book
each week. The mom's who have attended have found it helpful. Going back
to work full or part time and breastfeeding is a lot of work and mom's
need to know it is possible with a little planning and someone
supporting their efforts.
